Greenhouse Project & Gardening Club
Our new gardening club started today making use of our new greenhouse and gardening area. 🌱🌿🍂🥀💐🌷🌻
Many thanks to the pupil lead 'grounds committee' for their initial fundraising that kick started the project, to the Somerset Community Fund (via EDF) and Kingsmoor Friends for providing the additional funds to purchase the greenhouse and various accessories, and to Jewson's & Marshall's for donating the slabs and sand for the base.
Also a big thank you to all the volunteers, parents, governors and staff that have helped to prepare and construct this area. Their time and effort is much appreciated.
Moving forward, donations of vegetable seedlings, seeds and other plants would be gratefully received for use in this area over the coming term.
